Turquoise Trail
OTM partnered with Rocky Mountain Youth Corps to build 6.5 miles of new trails near Leadville, Colorado. Crews worked extremely hard to construct a pair of directional trails in the shadow of some of Colorado’s highest mountains. Rocky Mountain Youth Corps worked alongside The Cloud City Wheelers trail crew, battling smoke and blazing sun to build Lake County’s newest trails. In 2021, crews will finish the remaining 1.5 miles to complete this new system next to the inspiring Turquoise Lake.
